We have the latest in medical weight loss treatments including Semaglutide ("Ozempic", "Wegovy") and Tirzepatide ("Mounjaro", "Zepbound"). Patients can start today- no appointment needed. On the first visit ($199) you will receive a consultation, labwork, an EKG, and a MIC injection (B12+). TheSemaglutide and Tirzepatide shots start at $50 and can be given on the first visit. Subsequent weekly visits are $85 and include the MIC shot. The weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide shots are $50 and up depending on the dose and medication chosen. Both are highly effective with studies showing the tirzepatide having the advantage of increased effectiveness with less side effects. Any side effects are GI related and not common with the protocol of starting at lower doses and increasing to titrate effectiveness. We have had good results with these medications with many patients losing 50 lbs or more. It is important to understand that these medications make you feel full faster and less hungry and this lifestyle change is what causes the weight loss. It is also important to exercise!

Atlantis Clinics provide "Suboxone" (Buprenorphine" treatment for opiod addiction. This medical breakthrough blocks the effect of other opiods while preventing withdrawal. This effect is accomplished by an "agonist/antagonist" type of interaction with the opiod receptors in the brain. Patients initiating this treatment must be in mild to moderate narcotic withdrawal before taking their first dose and should abstain for 24-48 hours from short acting opiods (Vidodin, Percodet, Oxycontin) and 48-96 hours for longer acting opiods such as Methadone. Additionally, Methadone patients should taper down to 30mg or less for at least a week prior to initiating treatment to avoid a "precipitated withdrawal" effect. This treatment leaves patients feeling "normal" and not "doped up" and allows them to lead a normal life. Patients can eventually taper off this medication once they feel they are no longer at risk for a relapse.
Alcoholism can be treatmed by using Naltrexone ("Vivitrol") which decreases the urge to drink. Disulfuram ("Antabuse") is another medication which deters drinking by causing GI effects if one relapses. Acamprosate ("Campral") is another medication that decreases the urge to drink alcohol.
Atlantis Clinics offer the latest in anti-aging and regenerative medical treatments. We offer prescriptions for "Rapamycin" or Sirolimus that have been shown to slow and even reverse some effects of aging. This repurposed medication is taken once weekly.

Stem cells and exosomes (the active ingredient released by stem cells) can be given locally as in injection into a joint for example or infused intravenously as a systemic treament for the whole body. Ketamine is a medication that has been used for decades as an anesthetic and tranquilizer that has a remarkable effect on the treament of deprssion, PTSD, chronic pain, fibromyalgia as well as drug and alcohol addiction. It has even been used to treat some neurological conditions such as MS and Alzheimer's disease. Unlike medications that typically take 2-4 weeks to work, an injection or infusion of ketamine can alleviate depression symptoms immediately. Patients go home after a treatment feeling better right away. A series of these treatments can lift someone out of a deep deprssion and possibly save their life or prevent hospitalization.
